Terms and Conditions of Recruitment


1. Vehicle delivery

1.1. The company delivers the vehicle, in perfect condition of use and conservation and in perfect mechanical, safety and cleaning conditions and with all the necessary documents. If the vehicle is damaged prior to this contract, it will be graphically reflected at the time of delivery of the vehicle.

2. Duration of the contract

2.1. The rental contract will have the duration freely agreed upon by both parties. The rental period will begin with the signing of the contract and delivery of the keys, and will end after the agreed calendar days, and the vehicle will then be returned, at the place and time designated by the company. The rental is only considered finished once the vehicle and its keys have been handed over.

2.2. At the end of the term, if the customer wants to keep the vehicle longer than agreed in the contract, he must notify the company before the end of the contract and obtain authorization, as well as pay the corresponding amount.

3. Import

3.1. The total amount of the contracted rent will be paid in advance through the different payment platforms with which the company works, or failing that, at the time of delivery by cash payment/Paypal/Bizu

3.2. The rental price includes the following items:
3.2.1. Safe for third parties.
3.2.2. Unlimited mileage.
3.2.3. Full water tanks.
3.2.4. Charged batteries.
3.2.5. Blankets, sheets, towels.
3.2.6. Outdoor tables and chairs.
3.2.7. Flashlight
3.2.8. Maps.
3.2.9. Chargers and electronic devices.
3.2.10. Kitchen utensils and crockery and cutlery for 4 people, basic kit (oil, salt, sugar, coffee, shower gel).
3.2.11. Snorkel goggles
3.2.12. Parasol
3.2.13. Luggage storage
3.2.14. Consultation and resolution service for questions throughout the reservation.

4. Pick-up and return of the vehicle

4.1. The vans are picked up and returned to the motorhome car park at the visitor center of San Sebastián de La Gomera (Avenida de los Descubridores 3).

4.2. To the best of our ability and as a deference, we will pick up the customer at the Port or the San Sebastian Bus Station.

4.3. Check-in will start at 3 p.m., unless there is another agreement.

4.4. Check-out will be until 12:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed, and is punishable if the time is exceeded. As a rule, 10€ will be charged for each hour of delay in the delivery of the van.

4.5. If the return occurs before the end of the contracted rental period for any reason, the full price of the contractually agreed lease must also be paid. You are not entitled to a discount or partial refund of the amount of the rent already paid.

5. Fuel

5.1. The vehicle is delivered to the customer with a full tank of DIESEL fuel, and the customer undertakes to return it with the tank equally full. The fuel consumed by the vehicle during the rental period is at the customer's expense.

5.2. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the customer will pay the price of the fuel needed for its replacement as well as a penalty of 20€ as compensation for the costs of refueling.

6. Use of the vehicle

6.1. Only the customer and persons duly identified and authorized to do so are authorized to drive the vehicle, on the condition that they are over 25 years old, and that they hold and hold a valid and valid driving license that is at least 3 years old. You must provide your driving license upon delivery of the vehicle. In addition, a second driver may be appointed, provided that the same age and license requirements are met.

6.2. The customer undertakes to drive the vehicle in accordance with the rules of the Highway Code and the specifications for the use of the type of vehicle, and is responsible for the amount of the fines for any violation of current applicable legislation that the customer may incur.

6.3. The customer undertakes to stop and immobilize the vehicle when an anomaly is detected in its operation or a witness comes on, and must immediately contact the company that will be responsible for managing the incident.

6.4. The customer undertakes not to use the vehicle or to allow it to be used in the following cases:
6.4.1. Paid passenger transport.
6.4.2. Push or tow any vehicle or any other object, rolling or not.
6.4.3. Participate in competitions, official or not.
6.4.4. Perform strength tests on automotive materials, accessories, or products
6.4.5. Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
6.4.6. Transportation of goods that violate the law or legal provisions in force or for illegal purposes.
6.4.7. Carriage of passengers in a larger number than the authorized number indicated in the vehicle's Technical Inspection File.
6.4.8. Transportation of goods in weight, quantity and/or volume greater than that authorized in the vehicle's Technical Inspection File.
6.4.9. Transportation of goods classified as special or dangerous by current transportation laws.
6.4.10. Do not use or allow the leased vehicle to be used as a means or instrument for the commission of crimes, actions that are punishable, prohibited or simply sanctioned by law, assistance to criminals or protection, transport and shelter of objects derived from crimes.
6.4.11. Do not make modifications to the structure or mount a roof rack or baggage/goods.
6.4.12. Do not drive the vehicle outside Spanish territory or make transfers between islands.
6.4.13. Do not drive the vehicle on unpaved roads.

7. Maintenance and repairs

7.1. The company is committed to delivering the vehicle in perfect condition.
7.2. The company assumes normal mechanical wear and tear on the vehicle.
7.3. The costs of repairing faults suffered by the vehicle during the rental period due to misuse are borne by the customer.
7.4. If it is necessary to carry out a repair or maintenance, the customer must obtain authorization from the company to carry it out, and provide the corresponding invoice in the name of the company or landlord for reimbursement.
7.5. In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your stay, for reasons beyond the customer's control that cannot be resolved immediately, the company, to the best of its ability, will offer the alternative to continue with the reservation.

8. Insurance

8.1. Rental rates include mandatory vehicle insurance coverage:
8.1.1. Mandatory civil liability.
8.1.2. Travel assistance.
8.1.3. Accident insurance for the driver of the vehicle.
8.1.4. Rupture of windows

8.2. The following damages will be at the customer's expense:
8.2.1. Damage caused to the occupants of the vehicle.
8.2.2. Damage caused to the vehicle due to its misuse.
8.2.3. The customer must immediately inform the company in detail of any incident, and the company is responsible for giving the report to the insurance company.
8.2.4. If third parties are involved, their data must be requested and must be immediately communicated to the company. The customer is obliged to cooperate with the company and the insurance company in all subsequent investigations or legal proceedings.
8.2.5. In the event of an incident, and whenever reasonably possible, the customer will not abandon the vehicle without taking appropriate measures to protect and safeguard it, complying with traffic regulations, such as the vest and triangles.

9. Bail

9.1. The customer will be withheld, in the amount of 400€, as a deposit. The deposit will be returned once the reservation is completed after the vehicle has been examined and verified that it is in perfect condition. In the event of damage due to misuse, the company will determine the amount that the tenant must pay, presenting the company with an invoice for the arrangement. This amount will be deducted from the deposit, and the customer accepts payment of the difference if the cost of the damage exceeds the value of the deposit.

10. CLEANLINESS

10.1. The customer undertakes to deliver the vehicle to the company in good general condition.

11. Overnight areas

11.1. The customer will be responsible for spending the night in places authorized for this purpose and will be responsible to the competent authorities for their conduct and for non-compliance with the applicable regulations in each place. However, you can spend the night in the appropriate places as permitted by regulations.

11.2. According to Decree 08/V-74 of the DGT of the Ministry of the Interior Note: An overnight stay is understood to park properly within the limits of the car park.

12. Cancellation of Reservation

12.1. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the company, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded if it has been paid in advance.

12.2. If it is impossible to carry out the rental on the agreed date, due to force majeure or fortuitous circumstances, the customer may modify the rental period by opting for other dates, provided that there is availability, and cannot demand any compensation.

12.3. Customers can cancel up to 5 days before arrival for a full refund.

12.4. If the reservation is canceled after 5 days, the customer will be charged 50% of the canceled reservation.

13. Personal objects

13.1. If our customers take advantage of the luggage storage service at any time during their reservation, the company will not be responsible for the objects that such luggage may contain.

14. Resolution for non-compliance

14.1. The Tenant undertakes to comply with each and every one of these clauses and agrees that failure to comply with any of them will result in the Landlord declaring the lease terminated without the need for any prior request and/or notice from any part of it, and the former will be responsible for each and every one of the obligations it has assumed.

14.2. Both parties agree to submit to the courts that are legally appropriate.
